Day Nursery (Bromley, KENT)

Welcome to Raglan Day Nursery

Raglan Day Nursery is a private nursery setting within Raglan Primary School and operates during term times only. It is a colourful, vibrant environment where young children can learn through structured play activities. In addition, we are able to make use of a variety of school facilities including the playground for our bikes and trikes, the library for story times and enjoying books, the gym for dance and games as well as the lower hall for drama and some assemblies.

Our day operates from 8:30am until 4.30pm.  Each day is divided into two sessions.  The morning session runs from 9.00am – 12.00pm and the afternoon session runs from 1.00pm – 4.00pm Lunchtime operates from 12.00pm –until 1.00pm.  We also offer a early morning session from 8.30am to 9.00am and an extra curriculum session from 4.00pm to 4.30pm.

We offer 30 hours of funded provision for eligible parents: to find out if you are eligible for 30 hours free child care please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.  Below are the details of the session times and prices.  Parents can choose from 5 morning sessions or 5 afternoon sessions with added lunch as required, or 5 full days.  You may also book for a combination of funded and non-funded sessions depending on availability.  All sessions have a four week notice period.

Parents are also able to pay for nursery fees/lunches with childcare vouchers-  this is not to be confused with the Government 15/30 hour funding.  However, when paying with childcare vouchers, you will need to provide the office with the exact date the voucher was processed, the payment amount and your reference number as childcare voucher providers do not notify the school directly with this information.

Nursery Sports Day 2018

This week the Nursery children and Parents gathered to take part in their annual Sports Day events. The sun was beaming down on our amazing children and parents who were eager to join in the fun and have a great day of sports.

The Children all had great fun taking part in their sports day and then it was parents turn, who all had a good go at completing the obstacles. We took some pictures on the day, which can be seen in the gallery below. Please click on the thumbnails for a larger view.

The Nursery children have been having a lot of fun over the past few days both inside and outside with parents and other children from reception. We took a few pictures of the picnic fun, which can be seen below.

The pictures include children from nursery joining in with the two reception classes for a teddy bears picnic. We joined in with all the children having some lovely snacks with our bear and sang some songs. We all had a great time.  Also, nursery leavers and parents having fun at White Hall Rec. A lovely feast donated by the parents was had by all. Everyone joined in with fun & games at the park.
