Due to Coronavirus, we are unable to provide assessment data for the academic year 2019-2020.

Evaluating Impact of Pupil Premium Expenditure for academic year 2019-2020

The DfE understands that due to coronavirus and school closures, it won’t be possible for schools to evaluate the impact of pupil premium for all of the 2019/20 academic year, instead they say we should monitor and report on the grant’s impact at the end of the 2020/21 financial year. This report should cover the whole period between September 2019 and March 2021, but can give most detail about the grant’s use and impact for the period between September 2020 and March 2021.

Please see the attached document regarding catch up funding due to COVID19.

Pupil Premium

Parents who claim Free School Meals attract additional funding for the school, which is known as Pupil Premium Funding. We use this to pay for additional resources, targeted interventions and to subsidise school trips. Could you also let us know if your children fall into the following category; a looked-after pupil who has been looked after for 1 day or more or was adopted from care on or after 30 December 2005, or left care under: a special guardianship order a residence order.  As this also attracts Pupil Premium Funding, which we can use to further support your child.
